new CHF 270 side grinder enables the tooth sides of carbide-tipped circular saw blades to be machined to the highest standard - either as a stand-alone machine or in combination with other machines and automatic loaders for saw blade production. outstanding features include a highly stable machine structure, seven CNC-controlled axes, Vollmer multiprocessor control, easy operation and a range of grinding programs, all of which combine to produce grinding results of the highest precision.

The CHF 270 side grinding machine is particularly economical when used for saw blade production, offering fully automatic, all-in-one machining in unmanned multi-shift operation. As a production centre, this combination can be supplemented with one or two CHD 251 R1 face/top grinding machines, the ND intelligent robot system and loading carriages. |
