The basic clamping device is multifunctional because we can make it suit, by means of a specific kit, to different kind of knives, for example Tersa, Centrofix, Terminus blades, etc. A particular centering system allows an easy loading and unloading of the device from the knife sharpening machine. An easy mechanical tool allows a perfect clamping of the knife to be worked. We can grant a parallelism between the centering groove and the cutting edge of 0,01 mm/mt.
